Delivery Information

• All missions undertaken by ACS courier.
  
•  To send by courier from Dexter.com.gr charge is 6 € (VAT included) for packages up to 2 kg. (Usually 4 phones)
•  When payment method is cash on delivery, is extra charged 2 € (VAT included) per package.
  
•  If you wish to receive the parcel Saturdays, extra charge 3 € (VAT included) per package.
  
•  Shipments of products are made on the same day, if the order has been confirmed until 15:00 on weekdays and the product is classified as Available.
  
• Goods travel at the cost and responsibility of the buyer. There is a possibility of insurance of your package surcharge 3 € (VAT included) per package.
  
•  The order will arrive at the place of delivery within 48 hours from the time you sent by the company, for most parts of Greece, while the delivery time for remote areas increased to 72 hours.
  
•  If the destination of the package characterized by ACS as dysprosium Destination (QA) a surcharge of 6 € (VAT included). You can check if your site is among them here.
  
• For shipments have been delayed by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather, etc.) Our shop is not responsible.
• For the customers that repeatedly refused to receive their orders with the cod method, the store has any right to refuse the latter service to them.
